Every Disney story starts before the curtain rises. Disney Adventure was Asia's first Disney cruise ship, and our job was to make five very different markets fall in love with something that existed only on paper. As one of the world's most beloved brands, Disney runs on emotional equity built over decades and we were tasked with extending that to a brand new ship. So we made feeling the strategy. Content engineered not to inform, but to spark the kind of anticipation that makes people count down to something. That meant building the regional social operation from scratch, team, platform architecture, creative framework, and a market-specific approach across SG, MY, ID, IN, and PH that went beyond transcreation into genuine cultural consideration per market. Working closely with the ATL team, we made sure social and above-the-line felt like one campaign, not parallel tracks. The visual language and long-game content roadmap we shaped in that early phase became the foundation the team carried forward well past launch.
